Gmail/Outlook

There isn't a better email/calendar/CRM combo for Sales teams than the Gmail/Hubspot user experience for capturing your contacts/emails/meetings/notes and lookup key info and take action all from your Inbox.  I would consider the gmail experience to be superiour, but the Outlook extension works well.

CRM Data Grader by Insycle

For Hubspot Admins who are constantly asked "What about this duplicate contact?" from their team members, let me introduce the Data grader by Insycle.  Install it from app marketplace and use the tool for free to analyze duplicates and spit out pretty decent reports that actually provide accurate information around the qualify of your data in Hubspot, D365, many other CRM's or even excel spreadsheets.  Have a budget?  Pay them a bit of money for access to features that will auotmatically clean up your duplicates based on rules you set in the tool.

The free use is pretty amazing for analysis, and if you want to speed up the manual clean up process with extra budget to spend, the tool can even de-dupe your Hubspot for you.

Proposify - Pandadoc

Underwhelmed with the out of box Quote/proposal templates from Hubspot?  You are not alone!  For e-delivery of your proposals / quotes / contracts with option to include e-signature and payment there are many options out there but these two hold up and are worth the money.

Proposify has line item integration to hubspot if you need it. Provides the best proposal presentation experience out there.  Sending proposals from your deals in hubspot is a breeze and the status/activity integration is fairly detailed.  Like all these tools payments can be accepted including 'down payments'.

Pandadoc is more traditional e-delivery with e-signature capabilities, but the Hubspot integration is top of line.  Only gripe is it costs a bit more.  Worth it to many.

Many other e-signature integration options out there as well.

Link Match

This is a nod to those business development reps out there.  For under $20 bucks a month this chrome extension paired with Hubspot is the poor mains LinkedIn Sales Navigator.   As you browse LinkedIn (not Sales Navigator, but just regular LinkedIn) - a button appears and allows you to capture  a profile's info and sometimes their email address DIRECTLY into your Hubspot.  For those prospecting high-touch sales relationships this can be a more efficient way to do what you already do.

Constant Contact - Mailchimp

The number one cost saving lifehack I see for Hubspot is doing your bulk email through Constant Contact or Mailchimp and using the 'Data Sync' to bring the important context back to Hubspot.  Some limitations with this approach but can cost fractions less and can achieve about the same.  Not reccomended for Marketing Hub Pro/Enterprise customers as they are already paying for bulk email through Hubspot.

PhantomBuster

Not a direct integration but I really need to write a blog just about PhantomBuster.  this is a tool you can use to build email address lists based off of data you get from LInkedIn/SalesNavigator, any excel list, purchased lists, etc.  Build automations to take a list, scrape the internet to en-rich your data (email address and phone numbers), validate the data, and give it back to you to import to your Hubspot.  Used with sequences or mail campaigns can be an effective way to do outbound marketing to generate sales calls without paying the money for services like ZoomInfo.

Zoom

I love Zoom and run my business on it.  Teams is great but not so great as an external consultant accessing many different customers teams calls.  Zoom just seems to work.  And if you do webinars, Hubspot has a pretty decent built integration to help you automate engagement for pre-post registration and attendance of your webinars.

Zapier

Where to start here?  Zapier is almost a must have for anyone using Starter versions of Hubspot.  Extend your processes and do automation you cannot always do with Hubspot workflow.  Especially with third party services.  However, Zapier can be a love/hate relationship as it won't solve all your integration problems.  I have found success with other automation platforms like Airtable, Automation.io and of course will shamelessly plug POWERAUTOMATE even though it doesn't connect to Hubspot.  Love me some PowerAutomate but thats for a different blog.

Google Sheets

Another one of those tools that can solve so many problems.  Hubspot and Google seem to be like 'two peas in a pod' or something like that and typically work well together.  Typically used for quick-fix integration or simply sync contact sheets with your Hubspot.

Jotform

When your Hubspot forms cause problems with your website and third parties I look to jotform to solve our problem.  Jotform is a world class forms tool, inexpensive and can help you capture forms and leads to your Hubspot without having to add on clunky tools to solve your problem.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Of course I could write novels about D365 CRM but the out of box integration with Hubspot is phenomenal.  Why connect two CRM's? you might ask...

Too many reasons to list, but I can say I utilize both D365 and Hubspot in my own business and many benefits.  Hubspot is more for my front end and D365 is for my ongoing customer management.  Many different hybrid approaches could be used.  Ping me if you are interested in using both, I could talk all day about it.

Quick Books online

Many complaints about this integration but I don't know of another CRM tool that has one click integration to your ERP.   The main problem is that people generate their own assumptions about what the integration 'should' do.  From my opinion the integration is fine and does what it needs to do which is sync your key customer contacts and key activity info.  A little bit of elbow grease/creativity on designing your process of new sales handoff to backoffice team(s) can go a long way in streamlining your sales process.

Salesmsg SMS

Many SMS tools out there but this one I have seen work well and have had a client it seemed their entire business depended on this capability with their Hubspot.  For capturing new leads and activity back to Hubspot, this SMS tool works great with extended workflow capabilities.

Aircall - Kixie

Need a third party phone dialer tool and using Hubspot phone dialers is insufficient?  Many phone dialer add-ons out there and there are definitly bad ones (I won't mention them here).  These two work well and Kixie in particular has a robust Hubspot workflow action step library.

Many of these integrations deserve their own blog post.  Will try to add over time.  Did we miss any big ones?  Let us know!
